Using the Platform
EasyJobLink connects job seekers with employers across Nepal. You must provide accurate information when creating your profile or company account, and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
Job Seeker Accounts
Creating a profile, uploading a CV, and applying to jobs is free, always. You agree not to submit false information or apply on behalf of someone else without their consent.
Employer Accounts & Job Postings

Every employer account is manually reviewed before a job can be posted.

Job postings must be genuine, currently open roles at your company — no listing fees disguised as jobs.

Plan limits (job posts, featured listings, resume database access) apply as described on your pricing plan.

Fees are non-refundable once a plan is active, except where required by law.
Prohibited Use
You may not use EasyJobLink to post fraudulent jobs, collect fees from applicants, scrape data, harass other users, or attempt to bypass our verification process. Accounts found doing so may be suspended without notice, and we may report serious fraud to relevant authorities.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you submit (your CV, company description, job postings). By posting it, you give EasyJobLink permission to display it on the platform to facilitate hiring.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of EasyJobLink after a change means you accept the updated terms.
